Aurora Traffic Terms
These terms help keep our traffic exchange safe, fair, and useful for every member. By registering or continuing to use Aurora Traffic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
ⓘOne account per person. If you do not accept these terms, please do not register or continue using the service.
01 Account and promotion rules
You may register for only one Aurora Traffic account. You may not promote Aurora Traffic in a way that could be considered spamming. Your referral URL and promotional materials may only be used with traffic exchanges or advertising programs that permit them.
Spam promotion may result in removal of your account and possible legal action. You must also use an email address that can receive messages from Aurora Traffic. Refusing delivery of, or failing to read, site communications may result in suspension and loss of free or paid credits and services.
Only one person may use an account. Surfing continuously for 24 hours or otherwise sharing an account is not permitted.
02 URL and advertising rules
Members are fully responsible for the content they promote and for confirming that they have the right to promote each URL and its contents. Aurora Traffic is not responsible for a member\'s violation of another agreement, copyright, law, or third-party right.
Sites that violate these rules may be removed along with their assigned credits. The associated member account may also be deleted.
- No sites involving illegal activity.
- No frame-breaking websites.
- No viruses, trojans, spyware, or other harmful software.
- No adult, hateful, racist, immoral, illicit, or offensive content.
- No HYIPs or “investment autosurfs.”
- No alerts, confirmations, or prompts; no more than one exit pop-up is allowed.
- No autoplay audio or video unless a clearly accessible on/off control is provided.
- English must be the predominant language.
Administrative discretion: Aurora Traffic reserves the right to remove any site considered inappropriate, unsafe, or questionable.
03 Prohibited activity
- Do not use robots, automated surfing tools, or auto-surf software of any kind.
- Do not use automated cheating software, VPNs, or proxies.
- Do not operate hardware or software designed to bypass Aurora Traffic systems.
- Do not send unsolicited email to promote Aurora Traffic.
- Do not use challenge-response or auto-responder services that prevent site email delivery.
- Do not copy, interfere with, or take action intended to devalue the service.
Aurora Traffic may review and suspend accounts for fraudulent or suspicious activity. Members are responsible for damages or costs arising from a breach by themselves or an associated agent or company.
You acknowledge that Aurora Traffic is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, autosurf, randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, get-rich-quick scheme, or similar venture.
04 Commissions and payouts
To receive commission payments, members must use their real and legal name. The name registered with Aurora Traffic must match the name on the member\'s payment processor account. We may request identification to verify legal identity.
As of September 1, 2020, commissions are paid when earned from a referral purchasing a product from Aurora Traffic. Cash is not paid for surfing or surf prizes. Any cash awarded through surfing or surf prizes must be used to purchase advertising.
Payouts to active members are processed in the order received. Repeated requests for the same payout may move the request farther down the queue.
05 Payments and refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes payments for credits, upgrades, and all other products or services purchased through Aurora Traffic.
If you experience a problem with a purchase, contact the administrator. A response is normally provided within 48 hours. Refund requests will not be honored.
Payment chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the member\'s details being submitted for central banning across the LFM network.
06 Privacy and communications
Aurora Traffic will not rent, sell, trade, or otherwise share your information except when required by law. By signing up, you agree to receive administrative emails from Aurora Traffic.
You may cancel your account at any time. By continuing to use the service, you agree to keep confidential any information provided by the site that is identified or reasonably understood as confidential.
