How Do I Receive Hits?

Click Surf on the members area menu to start viewing sites from other members..
You will earn credits for every site you view.
Your site will receive one hit for each credit that you assign to your site.

Why Is My Account Suspended?

There could be several reasons that your account is suspended

1. If you are unsubscribed to our newsletters chances are you are suspended
If so and you would like to continue using the site, then send a support ticket to unsuspend your account so you can login and in your profile page look at the bottom of the page and check the box that has receive newsletters next to it.
then we will restore your account back to active

2. Your mail bouncing could be another possible reason so check your inbox make room if needed, then send a ticket let us know your inbox is now fine and we will restore your account to active.

I can't remember my login credentials
how do i gain access to my account?

If you forget your login info password or user you may request a new password and enter your email you signed up with and the system will send you your login username and a new password once in the members area you may then go to your profile page and change your password to whatever you like, Or you may keep the password that the system generated. If for some reason you still can't login then send a support ticket.

What happened to my credits? I surfed 20 pages and only have 10 credits.

More than likely you auto assigned some of your credits to your sites, If that is the case while you surf the part you auto assigned went to your active sites. The rest went to your credit bank.
